telwidit asked: My tub and shower enclosure is about 20 years old and the use of abrasive cleaners have removed the clean shiny surface appearance of the white enclosure. Is there a easy to use product that a handy man could use that will restore the new like appearance of the enclosure.

jacquefromtexas asked: I just bought a condo with a tub/shower enclosure and I’d much prefer a shower curtain. Is it complicated or expensive to remove and enclosure? Will it damage the tub and walls? Any guidance?

Oconnsh asked: I have a frameless shower enclosure and the U Clamp that supports it underneath is meant to be screwed through a tile base. I have a cast iron shower base and don’t want to compromise its integrity (or porceline). Does anyone know the best way to affix it without drilling?

Simon J asked: I’m trying to get hold of a short height shower enclosure to fit in a bathroom that has low ceilings (old house with rafters). It needs to be approx. 1750 to 1775mm to fit. Anyone know who stocks one? I have found that the Cairns and Manly models at Homebase are the right size but want something sturdier. I can’t find any others at the main DIY stores- Wickes, Focus DIY, B&Q or Bathstore.
Thanks

mizfurrocious asked: I would like to get a bathfitter-type liner over my tub and a one-piece enclosure covering the ratty tile that is there. I want to take off the shower doors and use a curtain. Are there companies other than Bathfitter, or are they the only game in town? I DON’T want to do this myself, and I don’t want seams. I would like to get a variety of estimates.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
